High Barrier Films
High Barrier Films are engineered to provide superior protection against moisture, oxygen, light, and other external contaminants, making them ideal for preserving the freshness, flavor, and shelf life of sensitive products. These films are commonly used in food packaging applications such as meats, cheeses, snacks, and dry goods, as well as in pharmaceutical and industrial packaging where product integrity is critical.
Material Motion offers a range of high-performance barrier structures including PET/PE, PET/MetPET/PE, Nylon/PE, and EVOH-based films. Options include clear, metallized, or opaque formats with capabilities for vacuum sealing, lamination, and custom printing. These films are designed to meet both EU and FDA regulatory requirements and can be tailored to specific packaging formats including rollstock, stand-up pouches, and lidding film.
Hi-Performance Stretch Film & Stretch Wrap
SAP is a multi-purpose, multi-layered cast stretch film for use on a turntable stretch wrap machine with settable pre-stretch values or an orbital machine with wrapping speeds up to 30 rpm. Excellent clarity and superb physical properties give this film outstanding performance across many applications.
SAU is a multi-purpose, multi-layered cast stretch film for use on a turntable stretch wrap machine with variable pre-stretch values or on an orbital machine with wrapping speeds up to 60 rpm. SHN is a multi-layered cast stretch film used as a conventional hand film. Excellent clarity and sound physical properties make this film perfect for good ergonomics and load containment at an affordable cost.
