Customer Service & Sales Support:
Working alongside Material Motion’s direct outside sales team, we have a dedicated team of professional inside Account Representatives who serve as a liaison between our customers, our logistics team, and our global supply chain partners. Located within our corporate office in Atlanta, GA, each Account Manager is assigned to a dedicated customer base to ensure the highest quality service in a timely and efficient manner. They are well-versed in all aspects of packaging, from customized product development and packaging design to the implementation of those designs within your manufacturing process.
As a global company, we incorporate and utilize the latest technology to ensure that our customers have the most up-to-date information available. Our customized web-based ERP platform allows our customers to receive automated inventory and order status reports that are delivered via e-mail at pre-determined scheduled times.

Our in-house packaging design experts & long-term packaging sales professionals, with expertise across multiple packaging categories, can provide a comprehensive review and evaluation of your current packaging to determine if the optimal products are being used for the intended application. Our solutions-based consultative approach allows us to work in conjunction with our supply chain partners to redesign or improve your packaging to meet the exact specifications required for its intended use. Our primary goal is to recommend packaging designs that help to increase operational efficiencies and identify opportunities that contribute to total cost reduction within the manufacturing environment. Any new designs are thoroughly tested in accordance with industry specific performance standards and are certified, accordingly.
Logistics & Warehousing:
Our logistics team works diligently on behalf of our customers to ensure that quality products are delivered on time at the lowest cost possible from our worldwide manufacturing sites to your final destination. We handle every aspect of logistics, including transportation, inventory management, navigating customs & regulatory requirements, order tracking, documentation, and communication with suppliers, carriers, and customers. Through managing these critical operations, we aim to reduce our customers’ costs, improve delivery accuracy, and maintain a reliable supply chain. As a globally recognized packaging solutions company we source our packaging products from around the globe as well as from domestic sources. Our sustainability pledge is built on a strong foundation of reasonable and ethical operating practices. Every day we work to meet the needs of our current customers without compromising the ability for future generations to meet their own needs, particularly regarding the use and waste of scarce natural resources.
With all of our packaging products, we focus on the pillars of “Reduce, Reuse and Recycle.”
REUSE: Often referred to as the highest form of recycling, reuse is based on the premise of extending the life of a product by using it more than once for its intended purpose. Where possible and only in a safe non-food application, there may be opportunities to consider the potential of reuse.
REDUCE: Through value-engineering we collaborate with our customers on their product specifications and specific performance standards. Our goal is to identify opportunities to reduce the use of depleting resources while still meeting international safety standards. Through this process, we can offer alternative designs that may lower raw material usage requirements and have a direct impact on total cost.
RECYCLE: Certain types of plastics in rigid and textile forms, if not cross-contaminated, may be in demand by local or regional recyclers. These products can be processed, washed, and converted into regrind resins for use in new non-food product applications. The economics of recycling require careful analysis but offers the potential to reduce the use of virgin materials which require higher first use energy and other related costs.
