After evaluating their application, our team recommended switching from standard North American Natural Kraft PVSE paper bags to a multiwall bag constructed with extensible paper.
Why Extensible Paper Performs Better
Extensible paper is manufactured using a process that mechanically compresses the paper web during production. This creates built-in stretch and flexibility within the paper structure.
Unlike standard North American Natural Kraft paper, which is more rigid and susceptible to tearing when subjected to sudden impacts or stress, extensible paper can absorb shock and flex under load. This added elasticity significantly improves resistance to abuse, tears, and handling damage throughout the supply chain.
