U-Panel FIBC Bag
U-Panel FIBC – The bag is constructed using (1) U-shaped body panel that creates (2) sides and the bottom panel. (2) additional side panels are sewn into the U-shape to create the finished FIBC body.

4-Panel FIBC Bag
The bag is constructed using (4) individual side panels that are sewn along the vertical seams to form the body of the bag. A bottom panel is sewn into the body panels around the perimeter of the bottom base seam to create the finished FIBC body.

Baffled FIBC Bag
The body of the bag is constructed using (4) body panels and a bottom base to complete the finished FIBC body. (4) inner baffles are sewn into the bag that restrict the outward expansion of the bag once it is filled with product.
Baffles are also available in both U-Panel and Tubular FIBC alternatives.

Tubular / Circular FIBC Bag
2” or 3” wide webbing loops made from polypropylene or polyester are sewn across the corner of the FIBC. Cross corner loops can be sewn onto tubular FIBCs, U-Panel FIBCs and 4-Panel FIBCs. The primary lifting loops are generally positioned 5” from the corner of the FIBC and can be sewn with or without a ½ twist. Cross corner loops are attached using lock stitch sewing machines.

UN Certified FIBC Bag
Drop Test: Packing Group II (Y) – 3.9 feet, Packing Group III (Z) – 2.6 feet. The FIBC is filled to its maximum gross mass and dropped onto its base onto a flat horizontal surface without any loss of contents.
Top Lift Test: Applied force of 6 times the Safe Working Load for 5 minutes.
Topple Test: Packing Group II (Y) – 3.9 feet, Packing Group III (Z) – 2.6 feet. The filled bag is toppled onto the top section of the bag onto a flat rigid surface without any loss of contents.
Righting Test: Laying on its side, the filled FIBC must be lifted at a speed of .33 feet/second and clear of the floor by 1 lifting device or by 2 lifting devices if there are 4 present.
Tear Test: A 4” (100mm) diagonal cut is made at a (45⁰) angle through the body of the FIBC and the filled FIBC is suspended for 5 minutes with an applied load of twice the net mass. The applied cut must not propagate more than 25% beyond the original 4” cut length.
Stacking Test: Load to be placed on the FIBC must be 1.8 times the combined maximum gross mass of the number of similar FIBCs that are to be stacked on top of the original FIBC. Test duration 5 minutes.
Vibration Test: The FIBC must be capable of passing the vibration test.
