Material Motion’s Dry Bulk Container liners provide a clean, secure, and protective barrier between your products and the interior surfaces of any standard shipping sea container. Used primarily for the transport of dry flowable bulk goods, container liners help protect your product from contamination and moisture ingress. They offer a cost-effective bulk packaging solution that is easy to install, load, and unload. Our Dry Bulk Container Liners are manufactured from durable materials such as polyethylene & woven polypropylene and are designed to fit into 20’ and 40’ sea containers. All Dry Bulk Liners are manufactured using virgin polyethylene and polypropylene resins and can be safely used for shipping a wide assortment of food ingredients, chemicals, resins, and minerals.
Types of Liners:
PE BULK LINERS: Manufactured from multi-layered co-extruded LDPE, LLDPE, EVOH & from films containing Antistatic properties.
PP BULK LINERS: Woven polypropylene fabrics with built in bulkhead support systems to facilitate ease of installation.
THERMAL LINERS: Multi-layered materials that are designed to provide protection and insulation properties when shipping products that are sensitive to changes in temperature.
HERMETIC / BARRIER FILMS: Bulk liners that are specifically designed to protect agricultural products from moisture and oxygen ingress.
