How do you prevent “grease-bleed” and spoilage?
High-fat ingredients and vitamin-rich additives are highly sensitive to environmental exposure. To prevent nutritional degradation, we spec packaging with specialized barriers that block out oxygen and humidity. For retail pet foods, BOPP lamination provides a high-clarity barrier that keeps oils inside the package, preventing them from leaking through the bag and preserving both shelf appeal and product freshness.
Technical Performance: Engineered for High-Volume Stacking
Feed mills move fast, and bags are often stacked high to save floor space. We have the ability to spec and construct and sample every bulk bag we supply, ensuring they have the structural integrity to handle the “surge pressure” of heavy additives.
By sourcing from partners who conduct rigorous performance testing in accordance with ISO 21898 Standards, we ensure our FIBCs maintain a certified 5:1 or 6:1 Safety Factor.
