Material Motion began as an Industrial Packaging distribution company with a focus on providing customized packaging solutions into the food ingredient, chemical & agricultural markets within the United States. Over the past 30+ years we have realized tremendous year-over-year growth due to our uncompromising commitment to continuous improvement, diversity within our supply chain partners and by offering an extensive range of custom products designed to meet the specific needs of our valued customers. On January 1st, 2017, Material Motion became a fully owned employee business (ESOP – Employee Stock Ownership Plan). Each team member is proud and honored to continue to build upon the strong foundation that was entrusted to us through the creation of the ESOP.
